Its in minute 2 and he told you before rmking his friend want to join ... and the first blood was for his team .. why do you think its abuse ?

It doesn't matter what he says nor what's going on ingame.
It is not allowed to use the !rmk-command unless there's someone who left/disconnected to the game.
We MIGHT overlook it if it's used right at the beginning (depends on situation), but definitely NOT when the game already reached such a state of game.

"The only usage of !rmk can be done, if your friends/allies/team left before 10 minutes of game time."

Please don't get people to support you so as not to lose your Team Captain rights, even if you get 1M supporters, we stay and abide by the rules. You may view it as remaking the game to let your friend join you.

I view it as you have died once and rmk'd the game as an excuse for your friend to join, simply next time tell your friend to wait until your game is over so you can play together. In addition to that you wasted other peoples' time.
