It's slander that you claim I'm abusing my power.

I provided a clear fogclick with it (+ another one afterwards), which is - what you do know - a 100% proof.
So no, I didn't ban him just because I was suspecting him. For these proofs it is not necessary to be checked by another staffmember.

If I were banning just by suspecting someone, you would be banned right now, too. You and your mates play very suspicious and I'm having an eye on you. Bear in mind you do have experiences with such programs already.
