Problem with connection

I'm trying to log on from a win 7 pc but this happens: 38546
as u see... cant connect. Chat remains clear. later it says this: " Your connection to the chatserver has been lost.
Please restart your RGC if you are not ingame."
I have Windows7 x86, Panda AV 2013 and my firewall is off.

May be there is your ISP problem.. May be it's slow or some application is blocking it...
