This certainly explains why TBO|SOUWL^OP gets banned. But we in xprez have nothing to do with this person.

Closes the topic of jOOOEY being unvouch after reading what another person wrote? TBO|SOULW^OP = NOT joooey. They are 2 different persons.

How can what Soulw writes be a reason for joooey's unvouch?

u have wright its flame from yetunbeaten...but jooey flame 2 that day 2 admins in channel and they see him...waste time dude next time he keeps hes mouth closed or hes hands in hes pockets!!!

he really never did flame anyone, all he said was he was unhappy with a host. And he just so happen to say it right when someone else(Soulw) was flaming hard in the channel. Please take a look at the logs it really proves him innocent.

If you are so sure he did flame, please post logs of that at least?
