What do you mean ? Ignoring my request to unbanned, yet I'm owning cafe right now and costumer complaint about it. it says time banned until 1/11/2012 in asia public

everytime users log in, it says time banned in asia public.. that's completely retarted lol. and thank you for your advanced helps i hope this helps me a lot.. rofl
