Abaddon uses his ulti at 6:55 and then at 7:22 , abbadon's ulti's cooldown is 60 seconds which proves that he is map hack.
For Brokolice I'm not exactly sure but he might have a gold hack if not I request that you ban him for foul language during the whole game.

And Abaddon DIDN'T use maphack nor any hack tools. Borrowed Time has a lot of similar bugs.

Borrowed Time has a lot of similar bugs. It is possible to double-cast it in some cases (relating to certain disables, but I'll try to avoid too much bug discussion), causing it to heal three times what it should.
