window8 I downloaded RGC update can not, why?

Open Ranked Gaming Client Folder -> Open Rgcp -> See the third last file named rgcp -> Open that file with Administrator and then you are done :)

OR
Same steps till you open rgcp then -> Open Patcher -> Click on patcher it will automatically get opened with Adminsitrator then it will show whether your RGC is Installed properly or not.
