1st off all he hosted a private game, since it is private he is responsible to kick those low points like 1,300 and below to prevent spoilers and quiters. Yet that TC allowed those spoilers joined. Please watch the replay carefully..

2nd thing when the game started, the spoil also occur yet he did not remake the game. It just showed that he just want to earn points by those spoilers.
