!Save is generally used to re-host the in the RGC client. But you can save the replay after the game. When a game will end you can find a save option easily

You can find replay at the warcraft III replay folder

To get the option "Save Replay" after the game. You'll have to quit before the message "Your game has ended" appears on screen.

Other ways to save replay:

Go to War3 -> Options -> Gameplay -> Check the box "Automatically Save Replays".
Each and every replay will be saved in War3 folder -> Replay -> Autosave

Or if you don't want each and every replay to be saved:

Go to War3 folder -> Replay -> LastReplay.w3g
*LastReplay.w3g is the last game replay you played. Every time you play a new game LastReplay.w3g will be overwrite with the latest game you played.
So if you want to save any replay after playing a game, just rename the LastReplay.w3g file to anything you want and it will be saved permanently.
