Need access to change map in US Warlock Room.

Hi, the map maker of Warlock is unable to change the map to the latest version in the US Warlock room. He is able to in the EU Warlock room, but not the US one. The map changes very frequently. His RGC name is Zymoran. Can he get access to change the map?
