More + better timestamps

I'd really appreciate having messages like "[Public Chat -rd] has started." and "XXXXX has joined the chatroom." timestamped too. Also, I'd like seconds added to the timestamp.
You could let us change timestamp preferences in Edit>Preferences menu.
