comp id ban system

hi sir.. i cant access my RGC anymore.. it says i tried to manipulate the comp ip ban system.. i didnt do anything.. pls help me solve this problem.. maybe its a technical problem only.. i still want to play RGC.. so pls how can i access again my rgc.. it says i can only access again rgc if i delete the files.. i dnt know what files are those.. pls help

still dont work..when i try to connect to rgc here what it says

Error: You attempted to manipulate are CompId ban system.
As aresult you will not be able to connect to RGC anymore,you will be able to connect again if you delete the files you have manipulated.For security reasons the filename(s) will not be listed here.
