The EU Staff is a group of high quality members who will work together to make RGC a better place. We will mainly cover the "Leavers" sections only. However, we also help new members and enjoy time in the group with one another. The EU STAFF are expected to act maturely forum-wide, with no exceptions. We do not approve of trolling, and members who flame constantly. Members who are unable to keep a positive image, and reputation for our group will be kicked immediately.

During my time here I’ve met some wonderful people and had a lot of great laughs, something I didn't know when I was a part of other gaming clients. Just a few updates :

First, we will not accept new staff in europe, because of autoban. There will be a system autoban for leavers, afkers, spammers, and people with a huge % of disconnect.

Second, you might be wondering how it will work. For now, we will take into consideration X number of last games from every user. Now if in that X number of games, the user left, afked, dropped, more than a certain % from the entire X games pool, he will get a ban. Global ban from all rooms.

We will not count in certain rooms, into those stats, like RPG rooms, or ClanWar rooms.

The whole system will be developed more and tested, we are in the final stages, and its almost finished, *fingers crossed*.

We will update everyone more on this, on either facebook, or in a forum post. Thanks for reading.

First, we will not accept new staff in europe, because of autoban. There will be a system autoban for leavers, afkers, spammers, and people with a huge % of disconnect.

Second, you might be wondering how it will work. For now, we will take into consideration X number of last games from every user. Now if in that X number of games, the user left, afked, dropped, more than a certain % from the entire X games pool, he will get a ban. Global ban from all rooms.

We will not count in certain rooms, into those stats, like RPG rooms, or ClanWar rooms.

The whole system will be developed more and tested, we are in the final stages, and its almost finished, *fingers crossed*.

We will update everyone more on this, on either facebook, or in a forum post. Thanks for reading.
