Using the word retard a single time in a game surely is no reason for a ban. But let me get this straight:

How often you have been warned for bad manners, especially by me? I believe we talked about exactly that two days ago.
What was the banreason for 'sertuki'? I am sure you still remember it.
You are trying to say Inhouses are free to flame while the principle "manners > skill" is only valuable in DR.Community? Better drop this foolish argument right away.
And finally you want your flame to be justified by his bad gaming performance, while I am pretty sure he is not even a worse player than you (if not a better one). Seriously this "dear Tyr)" at the end just shows that you are frustrated and angry with yourself being finally banned for something you should've worked at for ages already: your very own attitude.

Ps: I believe that people can change. Some really try and the difference between Sertuki and Slane is existant. However you still randomly accuse every fourth person for maphack (like you did with FrO.oZeN, uNsAuFi- and me too, just for the record) and you still have those flame outbursts when things don't go the way you want them. It's not that you behave really bad, it's just your overall conduct. I'm not the least flaming GM but it happens in one game when I really rage and for other it's np. In nearly every game I saw you either whine for how bad your team is or just show your irritation. Sometimes it's better to say nothing. as u can see im using word retard only and in the last game fgm was inside he didnt nothing so i guess i did resonable flame. And how to react on ppl which not doing capitain's instruction in cm mode.like u can see no wards from support while asking not even once!

For example by ignoring it and not saying nothing. I said, you don't flame badly, yet the amount of these small flames is pretty big. I'd say - make a proper appeal, don't argue with us (esp. when it comes to flaming which you do as I proved) and you may expect better treating then now. When you barge in this thread whimpering on our work as GMs: "i think it is not reason for ban" and showing your ignorance: "Why i shouldnt if it is ih not community game". All dotarank games request manners, not only "community games".

I support Tyr) completely on this matter as many gm's warned you many times about your behaviour.

You know I value you as a good player and teammate as we played many games together. But you are not stupid and you know that you tend to get aggressive (= whine, blame, flame) and that is why you got banned. As you can see you didn't only use the word retard, try actually reading it.
More important, you just acknowledged that the only way available to you when dealing with annoying people is to insult them.
