Replays and Screenshots.. Multiplayer Savegames doesn't work, cause bots resume their gameplay and it doesn't record the entire game :p

There are some dedicated section in which you make a report about user/admin and report with screenshots,replays etc. about their behavior and abuse's.

You can report Admins-----> here (http://www.dota-alliance.com/board/forumdisplay.php?f=18)
I Suggest you read the stickies first so they will guide you accurate on how to report someone for various reasons.
