Problem with lag!

hi! I am playing two years from the same computer or better one year and half and i had no problem with lag when playing dota. Recently it started lagging from 200 ms to 1800!!!! HOW is that possible. and tell me stupid things like having updates of antivirus or any torrent open because i am no kid, i would close them. the fact is that if it is a virus then it should be recognized by my AVG antivirus. i also have registry easy programm to keep an order in my files and computer. i have otenet 2mbps connection. plz tell me what to do i cant play, and if i cant play dota my computer is useless!!!

Can you go to the device info fo your router and post me a pic of what are the stats so i can tell if your problem comes from ISP or not

Yeah but you need to enable it. It isn't automaticly enabled, and shouldn't cause problems like this as Cookies are browser related..

cookies can actually cause disfunctions and lag to both the pc and connection related issues.
