Requesting Tier 1 Acces

I read all the rules and i completely agree with them. I have been vouched in Dr.Community and Dr.Inouse when this platform was new but then i joined Dotalicious Gaming and didnt play here for a long time and all my vouches are gone. I would like to play some higher leveled games than public and I think that Tier 1 might be a god place to find such games.
