Are you aware of the rules and do you agree to them? Yes.
I've been playing dota since 6.23 - started off with LAN scrims and then moved to Garena (only because back at that time I didn't know there was anything better). I have later played 400+ games on DLG but since that platform got closed, I had to move to a new one. I'm used to playing with very(!) strict rules against leavers, feeders, flamers, abusers and so on, and want to play in an environment again where such things are penalized.
Please vouch for me so that I can play in a serious environment again.
