Error: IP Routing/ Server Offline/ Maintenance

Why is my client always under maintenance while the client of others are working? It's not working for almost 3 days now.
PLEASE DO PRIORITIZE IN MAKING A SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM.

Re-download RGC, sometimes this error occurs. Deleting and re-downloading RGC should solve your issue. Or you should try running it as Administrator.

1-Try to " Run as administrator " at first , if no use..
2-Try to uninstall RGC and re-install it , if no use..
3-Delete RGC and re-download it . It will be used for sure .
Maintenance for RGC is now done .
