connecting to rgc

hey guys i need help PLS
i have a porblem connecting to rgc,steam or anything requires internet idk what to do u may say its not ur buisness because this problem is in my whole pc but i need help idk what to do
i tried the ways that the stick thread says about connecting (it didnt work ) :(
when i try to open local area network from warcraft 3 it says could not connect to the network

Try changing the ISP ( Internet Service Provider ). If it works , then it's the ISP problem. And if it doesn't work then it's your pc problem. Take your pc to nearest service center.
