I'm just an user, but I think that I can give my opinnion. If u check his vouchhistory u can see that he is vouch in a lot of rooms. And if u join Denmark said. Don't ask for vouch or rank or ur will get banned. I know that don't have a picture or proof but I'm sure that he ask for vouch according to his vouchhistory.
