Not first time i see him flaming, even if i asked him to stop and respect chat rules just muted me and continue flaming everyone in game.

Rage because he's losing. but no matter what caused rage he's not allowed to flame and no matter who say/do he can not flame - respect that in this case as you did in mine when i got ban

In general, he started flaming because he's losing no-one said anything to him
