Ban Appeal Cue_Master

I was banned 2 days ago.
Guy who asked for my ban wrote "Reason(s) why he deserves to be banned: leave the game cause he dont get mirana( sad we can ban him))"

As you can see on replay http://www.dotaparser.com/index.php/...wnload/174475/ this is not a true. I asked friend (he was a captain) on ventrillo for potm so he picked it. http://www.mymgn.com/board/showthread.php?t=21383&highlight=cue_master. Guy named Lulor said that he want Potm but i said it too after him. He left the game (NOT ME). I know that he didn't know about my ventrillo speach but this is not a reason to lie on this forum and blaming me that im a leaver because im not. He could swap or something that wouldn't be a problem for me. I could give him this hero but i didnt know that he is a guy who can lie and blame for that.
ps. Lulor said Ban me not me at all, he's is lier or cant speak english.

Wrong, wrong and wrong.
The banreason that pops up into your face when you try to join the client is:
Reason: taking reserved hero, 1 day ban gid=28137
By looking at our rules (http://www.mymgn.com/board/showthread.php?t=19335) you can see that reserving heroes is allowed and picking a reserved hero can be a bannable offense.
Nobody ever said you're a leaver. LuLoR was banned because of that.

In my opinion, reserving a hero based on first say base is not very fair and a lot of players dont act like the rule. I have had a lot of times were i reserved a hero but the captain picked it for himself.. i should say, if two players want to play same hero they should roll for it.

Read the rules. The captain has the right to assign heroes as he wishes.

Next time, just say to ur capt. on ventrillo "Write it to chat, that he knows its my hero!" and all ur problems are solved :)
