good afternoon...as I can see you cannot make your pc as a hotspot...this is happening because windows security cannot let you do this think and as I know from phones you have you changes some settings if am I right... you can try this :
go on the state of the active connection on your computer then -> properties -> Sharing -> and check Allow other network users to connect ....
then choose the home network and click OK.
