I think I'm not the only one who are encountering this problem. Even the other users was encountered this.
You are banned for Unknown reasons after the patched.
I think this is a database problem error. That some users was banned randomly without even the permission of the administrator or who ever has the task to banned a user.
To admin, or who ever the game master of this client "RGC", should fix this.

Ban Reason : Unknown Reason or I should say "RGC Problem" error patched
Reason of Appeal : "RGC Problem" error patched
Proofs : Well its seem the proof was obviously seen in the Unban Request Thread. A lot of the users encountered it.
Even you will create an account again , the account will be registered as "Banned User"
Its seems that the system of RGC was having a problem ?
