Ban Reason :actually i dont know because im just playing the game yesterday. but the pop out say's...

Reason of Appeal :as i said i dont know the reason why my ip get banned, but i remember yesterday that the game error and obviously all the player was disconnected, all are complaining about it, and also the points are back to 1500, but few minutes later it back to normal so i continued playing.
Proofs :none because as i said i dont know whats the reason i got banned.
please reassess the reason before banning please, craving to play now T_T thanks.
