I personally don't like to ban for single disconnects, but it happened twice to [-_-]Guy yesterday, both times in games that didn't go well for him and he also commented on that. The other games where he owned, he didn't get a disconnect, so it's suspicious enough for me, I'll ban him. Also by having a look at his games I found someone else that will now get banned for flaming when told to stick to English by a teammate and then continuing with non-English (vain_).
