I just want to apologize for what my costumer have done, he was played in my computer shop, so my mac or ip address have banned because he use mh and install that in one of my computer in my computer shop.. I just want to request to remove time banned in my mac address or ip address because many of my customer played dota in rgc, and I will promise that I will banned that user in my computer shop, hope for your consideration.. thank's in advance..
