Here in Norway, there is -15/-20 celsius, where i live.

In certain places in Norway there is -40. A man froze to Death. He did a stunt and walked around in shorts and a t-shirt and he died.

Its' abit wierd. I lived in Greece for a year, and there was like 40-50 degrees when i left to Norway, and when i arrived at Norway there was -20 >_<

well it's not much colder than -40 in russia :D but in I wont imagine that.
I mean I was on a footballgame last week. It was -15. After that i didnt feel anything :D
112 people were send 2 the hospital.

2 or 3 T-shirts over another, Sauna, Hot/Cold Showers and physical activity (aerobic ofc, anaerobic only if you allready posess the necessary muscle mass) FTW. The weather can't do shit if you follow these rules.
