We recently purchased a hostbot in the UK and would like to be able to start games using -cl and -sg pls.

Basically it would probably encourage more NA players to participate in DP2 with the assurance that they would be able to play on a playable, neutral host, while at the same time allowing those not from NA to play with great pings. More NA players -> larger league -> good :)
