New AMH 0.84 doesnt work properly

Hey my new AMH doesnt work. It says:

Unable to Handshake
Socked State: Closed
Error 10013 - Permission denied.

Everything else is green and fine (right version and stuff)
How to fix it?

The socket error 10013 can occur due to multiple reasons:

Antivirus or firewall software
Incompatible drivers
Registry corruption
Misconfigured files

i doubt it has anything to do with drivers since u were playing yesterday with 0.83 amh

for registry corruption u have to do many things in system32 and we just cant do it like this

download amh again and again extract the amh from inside the winrar

are u sure about ur antivirus interacting fine with amh?

I reinstalled AMH and turned off Virus Scan and Firewall.. it still doesnt want to connect properly. Still same problem:
