ban appeal: Ikuzo

The user Ikuzo has forgotten his own password to this forum.
This user has recieved un necesarry warns from some admins.
Being noob is not any cruel and as the PDC rules says, none should recieve any warns from this behalf.

This user currently have above 100% warns, I don't know exactly how much, and he wants to be unbanned and he deserves it as well, because many of the warns are unnecesarry.

He is my older brother and we share the same IP as well. This is not multi accounting, just to announce.

So are we talking about a PDC league ban or Ranked Gaming Client ban? Because PDC and RGC doesn't have the same rules.
