Definatly needed.
Example: 9/10 in lobby. All do !ready then the last one joines. One does !ping and it shows that the last one has a very high ping.
He ingores the bid to leave the game and types !ready.

Sounds nice, but no need for auto on/off ready, the sound on startup is loud enough :p

I think something like this would be better if 10 people joined a game the bot will auto ping and if the last person joined has ping over 90 he/she can't !ready, he/she can only !ready after 30 sec he joined the game (for him/her to fix his ping)
