2)why u deserve leader? - becouse, I have a team, with who will play in our Dota Pride Public League:)
3)u`r team - if u have /where u play, etc. - IHCS before 3-years ago, wbattle league, Clan War room, MYM Pride - all seasons.
4)upload 1 or more replays at : http://replay.garena.com/ - maybe later, becouse we are in a PC Club.. and here we haven't any replays.
after that criteris u will get promote, GO HARD! - I think, if I get promote our team will go Verry Hard, not just HARD :)
