Help with mIRC!

Hello there! I have a problem with mIRC. I am noob to this chat (IRC) and i don't know nothing about it ! Even though , i downloaded on my PC , i don't know how to get a Q-AUTH account on quekenet . I want it , so i can request for DP2 . . .
Please don't give me the link that is on the vouch request . . . i am typing
/msg Q HELLO myemail@hotmail.com myemail@hotmail.com
(where myemail@hotmail.com - my true email )
and nothing happens . i Don't get a email , neither a responce on the console of mIRC.
I would like to know some more informations about it , i've been trying to find out a solution the last 3 days . . . !

we are not teachers to start giving lessons about mirc please try to understand that we will not kill our time for such reasons hf learning mirc from the site or try google for manual.
