i think only the updater is offline at the moment. just wait abit and you can login.
it works for me just fine.

Patchserver down, start it and wait, and after few seconds / 1 minute u can connect

Yes, for someone it doesnt work only for waiting, so pls be patient until the patchserver is back online.
