Yes, I read them, know them by heart, I follow them and will act according to them.
How do you react/behave when you're under pressure?
I try to calm down and not get angry with anybody. Also there is always the "!muteall" command.

Of course not, I will listen and follow any orders from superiors.

Final Thoughts
Why do you want to be an Admin?
I have played many games at eleos channel and some of them where spoiled by some players' behaviour. I want eleos to be better channel for everyone.
Why should we pick you and what can you offer to us?
Maybe one admin wont make the differance in the channel, but i will do my best so that medium skill players wont have any complains about the games.
A few things about yourself: I am calm person, I dont get angry, neither want to make other people angry. Also I try to cheer things up whenever there is pressure.
