Later on I told him hes reported, then he said something like ok report me and stfu, then continued talking non-english.

Also check out how he doesnt buy wards early game, doesnt buy a new chicken after first gets killed.

Unsupport. There is no use of getting new chicken when you guys couldnt even last hit to get any items...why do u need chicken for ?
And he was talking to me all the time, we were on vent and he didnt have mic.

as far as I know rules say he should talk english, unless there are at least 4 ppl of the same country.

and saying there was no need for chicken is just....sorry I dont know the word for it.
