look guys i dont rly know who is this powa... i have a wireless int conection ,, and i got and active full active Ip and all users in my neiberhood who have this internet service ,,cuz we got all 1 same signal ... Im from bosnia we dont have a rly good conections ,,, i dont rly know mb is that the reason
