Reason(s) why he deserves to be unvouched: Share abuse, he ultied Broodmothers' spider with my Lion at the fountain at approx. 35-40 minute of the replay. He also flamed me but on Serbian, as some of you will understand.

first of all your vouch is so childish and incoherent...but anyway let us understand the situation more clearly what do u think caused him to flame and abuse u and in what way are u not comfortable with this player?

Because u cant handle few tough words as a result of your undeveloped brain?
Was he reminding u how low ur skills are which refers to your perception of the game meaning that u only enjoy games where u have "fun" and are oblivious to your playing fagotry and by ur selfish fun u ofc ruin the game of other players?
maybe im wrong plz do respond

First of all I don't believe that you're not a friend of his or something like that, because your post makers absolutely zero sense...

Please bare with me as I make a few things clear to you:

#1) Is share abuse allowed? Is a player allowed to use another player's ulti (in this case) without his approval? No.
#2) Is flaming IN ANY WAY (no matter how bad someone plays, if that was the reason why he flamed me) allowed? No.
#3) That particular guy (vuksaaa) also flamed me in a lot of other games aswell, but I was tolerant (as you can check for yourself if you got permission to such info), and never flamed him back.
#4) Please clearify to me the meaning of this part of your post:
