1.8 Leaver’s Hero

a. The leaver's hero can be used only if the team is in a numerical disadvantage, otherwise it should be kept frozen at his circle of power.

Around min 40 , the Sentinel team uses Lich (the leaver) and succesfully repels our attack. The admin did nothing to stop it and didn't seem to do something against it.

I would like the certain admin to be warned. I believe that will make him learn the rules better.And let this become a lesson for the rest.

Also some manners from certain users at the end of the game.

Well, I banned the dude that was swearing, and as for the leaver, I did not use him, and certainly could not know who did, I asked in my team, and guess what, silence. So I just told them not to use him again, and they didn't.

I saw the replay again and.
At about 31 mins your team uses lich.
And you say "Mporoume na peksoume leavers" which means "We can use the leavers" .
I believe you awnsered yes in that question.
"Have you read the rules and agree to follow them?"

I do not want to lose any more games because an admin doesn't know the rules.

I know what I said about lich, but believe it or not, after so many leaves during that game, I thought it was a 3(us)v4, honest mistake. Sorry bout that. When I found out that it was a 4v4 I told my team not to use lich again and since you have the replay, I suppose you can see they didn't.

First of all.... I made this post at EN ...
It's not about winning or losing a game, I have lost and won many games in my dota history but it bites me whenever I lose because someone "cheated".
What if someone did backdoor? A rule is a rule , if you are too dump to understand the importance of a rule please don't say that breaking them isn't a reason for report. An admin in game isn't someone that just sends the commands to the bot. The admin is there to make sure that everyone plays by the rules. The report was clearly made in order to warn the specific admin and maybe make some more admins to learn the rules.
All I asked was a warn , not a demote.
