Everyone else left.. Looks like a leave before firstblood = RMK.. 5 min after the game gets scored, the bot closes the game, kicking everyone in it..

I think it is not really possible to use custom kick in DIV...
Even if for a second we assume it is possible, only the owner of the bot you are playing in will be able to do it...

He kicked almost his entire team and then he ended the game before the throne was destroyed. Also messages like he destroyed raxxes appeared, though no raxx was destroyed. Here is the replay attached.
