I am american player, When hostbot is at 30 latency I usually get around 3 sec delay. 99.9% of time hosts change the latency to around 50 on eu bot, Then i get no delay. This host refused to change latency for me even after my team also asked for raise of latency. I politely asked them to raise it and he refused. I then apologized to everyone in game and told them I will not waste my teams time in a game to lose because I am playing a carry and have 3 second delay because host does not want to raise latency. I then leave the game and Twisted starts flaming me in IRC then unvouches me.
I am a very mannered player and know the game very well. I dont flame or cause problems I just play the game. All i ask in return is sometimes to raise latency, I didnt think it would be that big of a deal or that hard to do.
