The ESL Pro Series Season 3 Nordic has been announced with a formidable prize purse of €5,000. Scandinavians will have to fight in the ESL Amateur Series Ladder where the 14 best players will qualify for the first season of the ESL Pro Series Starcraft II.
No need to say that with such a prize purse, we may see players like Stefan 'MorroW' Andersson, Hayder 'HayprO' Hussein, Jeffrey 'SjoW' Brusi, Johan 'Naniwa' Lucchesi or even Fredrik 'MaDFroG' Johansson.
How do you qualify for the ESL Pro Series?
Signing up for the qualifier is easy! All you need is a Starcraft 2 account, IRC channel or MSN contact, and to be living in the Nordic region to give it a go! Everyone can participate in the ladder for a shot at qualifying, and there is no limit to how many matches you can play.
To sign up for the qualifier, enter the required info into your profile and go here Once you have signed up, and been accepted by our admin staff, you can go to The Matchmaker to find opponents, or wait for the weekly match that will be auto challenged for every Tuesday 19:00.

At Friday the 20th of August 23:59 the ladder will close, and the 14 best competitors will be invited to participate in the ESL Pro Series Season 3 Starcraft II. And the players ranked 15th to 28th will be invited to participate in the ESL Amateur Series 1st Division. Which is the 2nd tier league to the ESL Pro Series.
You can now try your best to reach the top 14 and qualify for the first edition of the ESL Pro Series StarCraft II.
