obvious maphack - replay and screenshot - savehigh game - ban pls!

This guy was a noob and a hacker - first time i accuse someone of hacking in 2000 games but this one was realy obvious! Please ban him - if it was a safelow game i would say fuck it i dont care and waste 10min of times with replay watching, screen capturing, picture uploading and Topic writing!
BUT this guy plays savehigh and maybe he even reaches league.

as you can see from minimap pings: one picture is with fog the other is without - so he pinged into nowhere and there always where some enemy - then they ganked with whisp - but whisp was not the hacker he jsut followed tinys pings

well u did big efforts for doing screencaps and co.
but the pings he did (only jugging by the pictures) are often made
for example the first one is often predicted if mid is miss.

so i'll watch the replay cuz it then gets obvious if out of nowhere pinged or with some prediction ;)
