it would good you can add to "black list" people you dont wanna play with (cause they sux terribly, like trax who farming all the time with cold arrows and 0-10 in 30 min game with 26 creeps killed) - and there is plenty of that kind to find. So when you add their nicks servers informs you that they joined that game - so i can find other (i don't wanna ruin 30 min to loose cause someone dont know basics of dota)

There is a program that does just that, creates your personal banlist, search google for warcraft III banlist. It hooks up with war3 and then ingame you can simply add anyone to it by issuing a command. When person that you "banned" joins the game you will be informed.
