1. This guy has some real emotional problems. He called himself gay, he insulted my mother and sister ("Ill rape your dead mother and kill your sister"), then he said we can't report him because he's and IGC admin. At last (but not least) he gave/destroyed his items to enemies and rage quit. In my opinion that kind of behavior can't be tolerated, especially if that guy is an league admin. Im asking for a permban for him. He needs to learn to control his emotions. Losing dota game isnt an excuse for insulting someones mother. If I be mean I could accuse him for defamation in public, it's illegal even through the net.

- Violently insulting other players and their families.
- Ruining the game on purpose (gave his items to enemies and destroyed other items, he didnt help in teamfights).
- Starting the vote against other players for no reason.
- Speaking other languages than english even if asked to stop.
- Intimidating other players using his admin position.
- He left the game at 31min.

2. Just a leaver.
