startup problem

when I will start RGC (4.0 version) only see a white square on the screen and nothing more happens, help please

I tried to start up in a client compatible with Windows XP SP2 and as administrator

Ok. From what I can see you didn't extract the files properly.

Take the RGC.zip file that you downloaded and right-click it, then select "Extract here"

Your files should all be in a "Ranked Gaming Client" folder. From there, launch rgc.exe.

My apologies that there is no installer to make this easier.
