Iīd like to know what is stance of RGC.
Itīs little program that will show Manabar under Healtbar

I have a proggy called RuneNotifier. What is does is give me a message when the rune respawns with its location and type even if itīs in FoW. May I use that?

Manabars are on the line, coz they don't actually give you information that you cant see, just display it in another form.

But atm it considered a hack and it is forbidden.

I think in future we will need to publish a list whats allowed(war keys for example) and what isnt and a means for suer to download allowed upgrades. If every user could easy get manabars like he can get health bars then you wouldn't have unfair advantage.

Manabars are forbidden , and dreamdota , too.
In dota-utilities site the most programs are hacks !

Calling this a hack is stupid IMO(no offence).
This is just like the health bar, anyone can download it, it's not with $$ many players play without the health bar and you play with, that means that you are hacking ?! No.
It's just a little addon for an information that you see anyways.
If it was something like seeying things that you usually don't (MH, Enemy heroes inventory etc) then yes, hack! but you see it just by clicking an hero, this is more like an shortcut to see it.
Anyways it's undetectable so you can't actually call it forbidden.
