This is a subject I do not really like to talk about because it concerns hacks. Unfortunately, a lot of hackers were playing WarCraft III and destroyed this formidable game because Blizzard never really managed to get rid of them but it would seem that they will take care of their new baby which is StarCraft II and will ban these hackers or at least will try.
So if you think you played against hackers, feel free to report it to Blizzard. There are three ways to do it:
Send a mail to hacks@blizzard.com

By utilizing the StarCraft II client.
Help Blizzard as well as the StarCraft II community to get rid of these hackers who ruin a lot of games.
